Industrial Tunnel Oven for Biscuit Structure
The oven typically consists of a furnace body structure, heating system, conveying system, temperature control system, and moisture removal system. The biscuits undergo heating, dehydration, and shaping processes according to a set temperature curve and baking time, and are continuously discharged from the outlet.
The biscuit tunnel oven interior can be divided into multiple independent heating zones. 1. Transmission System: The oven uses a high-temperature resistant conveyor chain, capable of stable operation in environments up to 400℃. The conveyor system is equipped with an automatic tensioning device, and the oven body has high structural strength, supporting wide-width designs. 2. Safety Protection System: The industrial biscuit tunnel oven employs multi-stage gas pressure reduction and high/low-pressure interlock protection. Combined with dual solenoid valves and PLC control, it can quickly shut off the gas supply in abnormal conditions, ensuring safe and stable operation.

3. Combustion System: The tunnel oven uses a pre-mixed air and gas combustion method with automatic air-fuel ratio adjustment, ensuring complete, stable, and energy-efficient combustion. Independent control of each burner and a flameout alarm system enable precise combustion management, improving thermal efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
4. Temperature Control System: PID automatic temperature control is used, with electric proportional valves for synchronous adjustment of air and gas, ensuring accurate and stable temperature control. Multiple over-temperature protection and delay controls ensure uniform temperature distribution inside the oven, meeting the requirements of continuous baking processes.
5. Thermal Insulation System: The industrial biscuit tunnel oven features an ultra-thick multi-layer insulation structure design, effectively reducing heat loss and lowering operating energy consumption. The external surface temperature of the oven is controllable, improving equipment safety and energy utilization efficiency.
6.Hot Air Circulation System: The tunnel oven uses an independent upper and lower hot air circulation structure, with forced hot air circulation via convection fans. This effectively improves the uniformity of temperature distribution inside the oven, preventing localized over-baking or under-baking, and ensuring consistent biscuits quality.
