The solution encompasses a highly efficient dough mixing system, precision forming units, a four-zone tunnel oven with independent thermal and humidity controls, a cooling conveyor, and a precision packaging system.

Biscuit Solution Provided
- Mixing System: A large-capacity dough mixer can process 250 kg of flour per batch. The resulting dough is smooth, delicate, soft, and elastic.
- Precision Forming Unit: Various forming methods, including roller cutting, roller stamping, and wire cutting, are suitable for different biscuits.
- Four-Zone Tunnel Oven: Equipped with independent temperature and humidity controllers, it controls the preheating, expansion, drying, and coloring stages. It is a key piece of equipment in the biscuit solution.
- Oil Spraying System: A nozzle produces a uniform oil mist that evenly coats the biscuit surface, enhancing its gloss and adding a rich, smooth texture.
- Seasoning System: After oil spraying, the biscuits are then fed into a dusting machine, where granular seasonings, such as powdered sugar, salt, spices, and sesame seeds, are evenly applied to the biscuit surface.
- Cooling Conveyor Line: A modular cooling conveyor belt, over 60 meters long, ensures a gradual cooling of the freshly baked biscuits as they are conveyed at a constant speed. Automatic packaging line: pillow packaging and weighing packaging, using different packaging equipment. The packaging is neat and solid.
