- Spreading system must support the uniform application of multiple materials, such as icing sugar, sesame seeds, and spices.
- The packaging must be compatible with the aluminized packaging materials commonly used in the Middle Eastern market.
- The equipment must be able to withstand high-temperature, dry environments and possess excellent heat dissipation performance.
Customized Tea Biscuit Production Line in Saudi Arabia
GELGOOG company quickly assembled a professional technical team, and after more than a dozen cross-time zone video conferences, we ultimately finalized the following solution:
1. Modular Production Line Design
♦︎ Adopting a "basic module + optional module" design, the pilot phase features a base production capacity of 1 ton/day.
♦︎ Capacity expansion options are reserved, allowing for seamless upgrades to 2 tons/day in the second phase.
♦︎ The production line is equipped with an intelligent control system with a bilingual interface in English and Arabic.
2. Specialized Spreading System Development
♦︎ An innovative three-station spreading device supports precise delivery of dry ingredients (sesame seeds), wet ingredients (syrup), and powdered ingredients (powdered sugar).
♦︎ The machine utilizes a visual recognition system to ensure that each tea biscuit has a 95% or higher coverage rate.
♦︎ An anti-clogging device was developed to accommodate the high temperature and humidity conditions in Saudi Arabia.
3. Customized Packaging System
♦︎The system features an 8-station rotary packaging design, integrating automatic loading, precise metering, and vacuum and nitrogen filling processes, enabling high-speed, continuous operation.
♦︎Equipped with a weight detector and metal detector, it eliminates substandard products in real time and generates quality reports, fully complying with Saudi Arabian standards.
♦︎The production line utilizes low-oxygen packaging technology, coupled with a food-grade nitrogen filling system, extending the product shelf life to 12 months.
4. Environmental Adaptability
♦︎ The equipment's cooling system has been enhanced to accommodate an ambient temperature of 45°C.
♦︎ Special surface anti-corrosion treatment ensures compliance with the high-salt air environment of coastal areas.
♦︎ Equipped with a voltage stabilizer to accommodate fluctuations in the local power grid.
The tea biscuit production line in Saudi Arabian factory underwent a 72-hour continuous trial run, exceeding expectations. The qualified finished product rate was 98.2%.
Mr. James Satha praised it highly: "This production line perfectly meets the specific needs of the Saudi market. Not only does it enable us to diversify our production, but its intelligent control system also significantly reduces our reliance on skilled labor. Since the pilot project began, we have secured supply agreements with three major local supermarkets."
