The osmania biscuit production line is an industrial automated production system used for processing osmania biscuits. This production line achieves continuous production from ingredient mixing and forming to baking and packaging.
The equipment operates stably, producing well-formed products, and is suitable for long-term use by medium and large-scale food processing companies. It can produce 200-1200 kilograms of osmania biscuits per hour.

Osmania Biscuit Processing Flow:
- Ingredient Mixing: Flour, butter, sugar, and other ingredients are mixed according to the recipe ratio in a mixing system to form a uniform, loose dough.
- Biscuit Forming: The dough is conveyed to a forming device, where it is shaped into uniform-sized osmania biscuit blanks through rolling or wire cutting.
- Continuous Baking: The biscuit blanks enter a tunnel oven and are baked under multi-zone temperature control to ensure thorough cooking and a golden-brown color.
- Cooling and Sorting: The osmania biscuits are cooled on a cooling conveyor line to stabilize their structure, facilitating subsequent packaging or sorting.

Osmania Biscuit Production Line Features:
- Stable Forming: Suitable for dough with a butter content of approximately 15%–25%, preventing sticking or deformation during the forming process. The thickness deviation of osmania biscuits can be controlled within ±0.5 mm.
- High Efficiency: The osmania biscuit processing line can continuously produce cookies. Compared to traditional semi-automatic methods, overall efficiency can be increased by approximately 30%–50%, effectively reducing manual labor.
- Even Heating: The oven baking temperature range is 160–220℃, with multi-zone temperature control. This ensures uniform color and consistent texture of the osmania biscuits.
